Office building in Klagenfurt

The building is distinguished by modern and spacious office spaces. Large windows allow light to enter deep into the space, ensuring a quality and stimulating working environment. Natural materials, with wood at the forefront, and calm, pastel color tones were used, which do not disrupt the work process, but at the same time ensure an aesthetically pleasing environment.

Uprom office Building

The redesign of an existing industrial building for Uprom, a sheet-metal manufacturer, introduced a new façade identity with vertical metal cladding, developed through parametric design for optimal performance and clean visual rhythm. The project also included refreshed interiors and a redesigned exterior, creating a cohesive and modern business enviornment.

If we want new, interesting results, we have to approach problems in a different way. With this in mind, we tackled a high-end single-family house in the studio. We wanted a different result, a result that deviates from the established rules. We perceive each space as a new story, each space must have its own character, its own identity.

We designed a single-family house in the Ljubljana area for a private client. We based our design on the floor plan of a typical Slovenian gabled house, while opening the house up to light and the surroundings. The key idea of the project is expressed in the roof opening.

Project documentation – Building Permit

After the approved conceptual design, we prepare the DGD project - documentation for obtaining opinions and a building permit, which replaces the former PGD (according to legislation from 2018).

We adapt the project to municipal regulations, the requirements of the approvers and the characteristics of the location. In Slovenia and Croatia, we cooperate with local experts or manage the entire procedure.

We make sure that the project is firmly established. Technically, legally and in terms of design.

Implementation plans – From idea to construction

Project to be implemented

After obtaining a building permit, we prepare a project for implementation (PZI) - detailed documentation that specifies materials, works and the implementation process in individual areas. The PZI includes a master plan, architectural plans, static calculations and construction plans, electrical and mechanical installations, technical reports, work inventories and all necessary drawings. With precise documentation, we ensure that contractors are focused, procedures are transparent and construction is controlled and efficient. We help find contractors, collect bids and monitor construction. No shortcuts, only reliable results.
