The design is defined by two cubes, which are perpendicular to each other, creating a covered outdoor space between them. Both catch the southern light, the ground floor cube contains an entrance hall, a large living room with a spacious kitchen and dining room, a study and a day toilet, while the first floor contains the master bedroom and two children's rooms, two spacious bathrooms and other rooms.

This project was carried out for a couple with a child in a contemporary style. In this project, the functionality of the space was in the first place. It was necessary to think carefully about the layout. The final floor plan divides the apartment into two large spaces, a living room and a private area with a children's room, a toilet and a bedroom.

The intertwining of the company's diverse activities (sales, logistics and development) in shared spaces requires a great deal of creativity in striving to connect all activities into a harmonious whole. By taking into account ergonomics, calm colors, optimal lighting (natural and artificial), sound insulation, functional organization of the workspace and a favorable climate, we have provided a stimulating working environment for all employees.

Folding Studio

In larger apartments, this can be achieved by partitioning the walls, but here the architects achieved the separation of functions by folding the elements. The apartment is designed in such a way that the kitchen can only be used when the bed is made, thus avoiding unpleasant odors on the bedding. The resident can also organize a romantic dinner for two by aesthetically tidying up the apartment.

FROM PROTOTYPE TO SHOW MODEL

An idea becomes real when it can be seen and touched.

We develop prototypes and demonstrators that validate concepts and bring projects to life. Our work ranges from 3D-printed parts with A-class surfaces, to functional prototypes for testing, clay models, full 1:1 scale models and presentation prototypes for shows and investors.

Projects to be implemented

After confirming the concept and accurately measuring the space, we prepare a comprehensive implementation package that connects the conceptual design with the actual implementation. It contains all the necessary technical plans and specifications: the layout of electrical connections, mechanical installations, lighting, laying ceramics, flooring and selected materials. It also includes plans for the kitchen, bathroom, furniture and details, which enable clear communication with the contractors and precise, flawless implementation of the space.

In cooperation with reliable construction and carpentry partners we take over the entire process, including design and construction supervision.
