The design is defined by two cubes, which are perpendicular to each other, creating a covered outdoor space between them. Both catch the southern light, the ground floor cube contains an entrance hall, a large living room with a spacious kitchen and dining room, a study and a day toilet, while the first floor contains the master bedroom and two children's rooms, two spacious bathrooms and other rooms.

This project was carried out for a couple with a child in a contemporary style. In this project, the functionality of the space was in the first place. It was necessary to think carefully about the layout. The final floor plan divides the apartment into two large spaces, a living room and a private area with a children's room, a toilet and a bedroom.

The intertwining of the company's diverse activities (sales, logistics and development) in shared spaces requires a great deal of creativity in striving to connect all activities into a harmonious whole. By taking into account ergonomics, calm colors, optimal lighting (natural and artificial), sound insulation, functional organization of the workspace and a favorable climate, we have provided a stimulating working environment for all employees.

Folding Studio

In larger apartments, this can be achieved by partitioning the walls, but here the architects achieved the separation of functions by folding the elements. The apartment is designed in such a way that the kitchen can only be used when the bed is made, thus avoiding unpleasant odors on the bedding. The resident can also organize a romantic dinner for two by aesthetically tidying up the apartment.

Conceptual Project

The conceptual design of an interior design is the first phase of a project. Once we understand the client’s needs, ambitions and identity, we begin to explore spatial possibilities – with conceptual floor plans, hand sketches and the first 3D models. This phase lays the foundation and defines the identity of the project. We present several spatial layouts and develop a visual language with the selection of furniture, materials and colour palettes. Gradually, the conversation transforms into a shared vision – written down in a sketch and thoughtfully coordinated with style and ergonomics. It is a mutual, creative and goal-oriented collaborative process. From the initial idea, a concept develops that becomes the basis of the entire project. The right design does not only determine the direction. It is the starting point from which the whole grows.

3D apartment layout and visualizations

It’s a glimpse into the final space, where materials, light, furniture and colours come together to create a unified vision. Visualisations allow you to understand the layout, atmosphere and dynamics of a space before it’s built. They don’t just show how a space will look – they show how it will make you feel. Projects to be implemented

After confirming the concept and accurately measuring the space, we prepare a comprehensive implementation package that connects the conceptual design with the actual implementation. It contains all the necessary technical plans and specifications: the layout of electrical connections, mechanical installations, lighting, laying ceramics, flooring and selected materials. It also includes plans for the kitchen, bathroom, furniture and details, which enable clear communication with the contractors and precise, flawless implementation of the space.

For clients who want a comprehensive and seamless experience, we offer turnkey projects – from the first sketch to the last detail. In cooperation with reliable construction and carpentry partners we take over the entire process, including design and construction supervision.
