In this article, architects and interior designers from Kreatif Design summarize our findings from our research into the Slovenian housing market. Comparing the results led us to the following conclusions:

Advantages of owning a home:

security and stability
security for old age
in Slovenia it is considered a status symbol and a basic quality of life
greater freedom of choice in planning and adapting the apartment and its selection
possibility of inheritance for descendants
value, also as an investment
better access to loans
freedom in managing the apartment

Advantages of a rental apartment:

better use of career opportunities
greater mobility
greater flexibility in the event of changes in family or financial situation
greater flexibility in changing housing
