Duler is a family-owned company with a long tradition in the railway industry, mechanical engineering, and mining and hydro equipment. Alongside their new production facility, they envisioned an administrative building, and that’s where our work began.

The building’s modern exterior, seen here, is matched by an innovative and thoughtfully designed interior. At the heart of the concept stands a concrete staircase, preserved almost in its original form, serving as a symbolic element of strength and continuity. The brief was to create workspaces that reflect the company’s character and expertise, which led us to combine industrial materials with the warmth of wood. Our aim was simplicity in material selection, while achieving strong aesthetic value. Concrete, sheet metal, and wood come together into a cohesive whole that embodies the spirit of a contemporary business in the metal industry.
