Modern interior design for a couple with a child. In this project, the functionality of the space came first. It was necessary to carefully think over the layout. The final floor plan divides the apartment into two large areas, living area and a private area with a kids room, a toilet and a bedroom. The main object that separates the guest space from other rooms is a centrally positioned wardrobe, which creates a hallway passage and connects other rooms.
The design is based on a combination of white, black and green with accents of natural materials. There’s a lot of wooden elements, perfectly matched with a stone texture in this design. The interior combines two types of light. Track lights are separated in two groups, diffused light for main lighting and directional for focussed illumination of decorative elements and individual areas.
A minimalistic color palette emphasizes a set of specific details, while warm point lights create a unique atmosphere.
